Staci Pirnar

Staci Pirnar joined the firm upon completion of law school in 1995. Since then, she has managed a variety of litigation matters. Her experience extends to all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, settlement negotiations, trail, arbitration and appeal. She is also a certified mediator. She represents several national home builders, contractors and developers in contract, construction defect, land use, personal injury, lien and subrogation matters.

In addition to representing clients in litigation, she also represents clients in real estate transactions, including land acquisition, development and construction.

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Staci enjoys putting on workshops for her clients to help them understand new developments in the law and implement strategic policies and procedures. Such workshops have covered topics ranging from current developments in the law to responding effectively to warranty claims, establishing and enforcing liens and the mechanics of the Residential Construction Liability Act and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Staci is actively involved in her community and various cultural organizations. She has served on the Boards of PTA, Mesquite Symphony Orchestra Association, the Mesquite Symphony Guild, and the Turkish Association of North Texas.
HOBBIES & INTERESTS
Staci loves traveling and learning about other cultures and countries. She is proficient in Turkish. Her favorite hobby is cooking and trying out new restaurants.
