Barbara L. Emerson

Barbara Emerson is a co-founder of Bellinger & Suberg, LLP, then Bellinger & DeWolf, in 1996 and is the senior member of the Firm's Litigation Practice. She represents local regional and national clients in business and commercial litigation and collection activities including commercial real estate foreclosures and receiverships.
Barbara began her Texas legal career in 1981 in the Texas panhandle, moving to the Dallas Metroplex in 1988 when she joined the Dallas office of Arter & Hadden. It was at Arter & Hadden where she met Glen Bellinger and Steve DeWolf with whom she founded the Firm in 1996. She has more than 30 years of litigation experience in federal and state trial courts and appellate courts.
